うれしい！
Something's been bugging me for weeks and it's now finally SOLVED!
I finally found a room i would love to stay permanently. Not permanently but, you know as long as possible. I don't wanna dismantle my queen size bed twice!
Ensuite master bedroom on the 6th floor overlooking the city! Unobstructed view of the city from my room how awesome is that!! Can't wait to move in on the 12th July!
I'm leaving my current place next Sunday which is the 28th! So i'll be homeless for about 2 weeks.
Well let's not guess how much i'm gonna pay for the rent. The bond itself is already costing me an arm and a leg.
At my future place has a swimming pool!! Too bad it's outdoor. I can't reason why the designers planned an outdoor pool in Sydney when there's winter! That means i can only swim in summer or maybe spring and autumn too if the weather is not crazy.
No gym unfortunately!
My future place is 1 minute walk from the bus stop, 30 seconds away from my work place, 10 minutes from uni! You can stalk me if you want. And below is an Italian eatery.
And i have a car park too! So i'm probably gonna get a car to fill the space, that i'll have to get a driving licence first, or otherwise rent the carpark for $15 pw.
